Contraindications
Patients with peripheral obstructive arterial disease, peripheral neuropathy, congestive heart failure, septic phlebitis, or oozing dermatitis should not wear or consult the vascular physician for expert advice.

- Put on the Compression Stockings first thing in the morning before you get out of bed. Your legs have the least amount of swelling early in the morning.
- Turn the compression stockings inside out till the half.
- Broaden the mouth of the fabric cave so formed and pull till it reaches the ankle.
- Unfold the garment from the ankle to below the knee.

Smoothen the wrinkles from the bottom upward with hand.
Recommendation :
- If you use lotion on your legs, let it dry before you put on the garments.
- Use a little baby powder or corn starch on your legs. This helps the garment slide up.
